'“Reiki” (pronounced ray - kay) is an ancient form of energy healing. Usui Reiki was developed in Japan in 1922. However, the concept was derived from practices which can be tracked back over thousands of years. Ultimately using life force energy to unblock, realign and restore the chakra system.
Reiki Level 1 known as “Shoden” means ‘First Teachings’. Which is the foundation to the study of Usui Reiki. This first level you learn how to use Reiki Energy for your own Self Healing, Self Care, Personal and Spiritual Development.
This first level, you are connected and opened to the magic of the universal source energy.
Reiki 1 you are not qualified to charge a fee for practicing Reiki on others. It is the foundation stage for your own skills and knowledge into working with energy.
